The problem

A reminder is only useful if you see it. Spread one per module across seven modules and each is individually forgettable, because nothing ever shows you the whole picture of what is coming.

    On Android, a reminder can arrive as a full alarm with its own sound instead of an ordinary notification.

  • Inline actions

    Mark a reminder done, or call it off, from the row itself while scanning the list. Either way it stops firing and stays on the record.

  • A second view, by urgency

    The hub groups by module — 'what kind of thing is this?'. The dashboard bell groups the same reminders by time instead — overdue, today, tomorrow, this week, later — because that is a different question.

On a phone

The hub is a filterable list with actions on the row itself, so clearing several reminders takes as many taps as there are reminders — no drilling in and backing out.

Your data

Reminders stay private to your account. Reminders that come from other modules are read from those records rather than copied, so a changed due date is never stale here.

  • Anything with a date in any module appears here without being entered twice.
  • You can also create standalone reminders that belong to no module at all.
  • A reminder is live, done, or called off — done and called off both stop it firing and both stay on the record.
  • On Android a reminder can use a louder alarm sound instead of the default.
