The problem

Notes about your life end up in a general-purpose app that knows nothing about the rest of it. The note about a service quote sits nowhere near the vehicle record it concerns, and the reminder attached to it never fires anywhere useful.

    Rich text with markdown support, tuned to stay responsive as a note grows.

  • Checklists

    Tick-off lists where checked items drop to the bottom, with headings that group items into sections inside one list.

  • Colours and labels

    Colour a note, pin the ones that matter, and tag it with as many free-form labels as it needs, so a wall of notes stays scannable.

  • Per-note reminders

    Attach a one-off reminder to a note; it appears in the Reminders hub with everything else.

  • Folders

    Organize notes into folders alongside the rest of the workspace.

Good to know

  • A note is either free text or a checklist, and a checklist can carry headings that group its items.
  • Notes support markdown and inline formatting, colours, pinning and free-form labels.
  • A note can carry its own reminder, which then appears in the Reminders hub.
  • Labels and folders do different jobs: a label is a free tag a note can have several of, a folder is where it is filed.
