Reminders — Reminders
One hub for everything due, aggregated from every module in the app.
Notes
Capture the things you don't want to forget.
A fast, Keep-style notes surface with markdown, tick-off checklists, colours and labels — in the same workspace as everything else you track.
Notes about your life end up in a general-purpose app that knows nothing about the rest of it. The note about a service quote sits nowhere near the vehicle record it concerns, and the reminder attached to it never fires anywhere useful.
LifeRoster keeps notes inside the workspace that holds your records, with a per-note reminder that feeds the same cross-module Reminders hub as everything else.
Everything listed here is built and in use in Notes today.
Rich text with markdown support, tuned to stay responsive as a note grows.
Tick-off lists where checked items drop to the bottom, with headings that group items into sections inside one list.
Colour a note, pin the ones that matter, and tag it with as many free-form labels as it needs, so a wall of notes stays scannable.
Attach a one-off reminder to a note; it appears in the Reminders hub with everything else.
Organize notes into folders alongside the rest of the workspace.
Step through it — each step shows where you are in the flow.

Write it down
Typing is treated as a feature in its own right. However long a note or a checklist gets, and however modest the phone, the words never lag behind you.
The picture that is quicker than a description — a whiteboard, a label on a part, a page of a manual. It sits in the note next to the sentence explaining why you took it.
How capture and scanning workThe things that decide whether a module still helps after a year of real use.
The editor opens straight into typing, and long checklists stay smooth however far down them you are.
Notes stay private to your account — encrypted on your device and protected while syncing. They are not scanned for advertising and are not shared with anyone.
