Bills
Know what is due before it is late.
Track recurring bills with their cycle and due date, get reminded before they land, and keep a payment history that counts as real spending.
Recurring bills are the payments most likely to be forgotten and least likely to be recorded. They repeat quietly, arrive at awkward intervals, and rarely make it into any record of what was actually spent.
LifeRoster tracks each bill with its frequency and due date, reminds you ahead of time, and — when you mark one paid — writes a real expense row. The payment history is that stream of linked expenses, so a paid bill is part of your spending by construction.
Everything listed here is built and in use in Bills today.
One-time or recurring bills with their own frequency, due dates and status tracking.
Each bill has a detail screen listing every payment made against it.
Upcoming dues surface as reminders, and appear in the cross-module Reminders hub.
A bill with payments recorded against it refuses to be deleted outright, so a year of payment history never disappears with one tap.
Read the month as a list or as a calendar, with urgency shown as a chip so what is closest reads without opening anything.
Point a bill at the meter, vehicle or family member it belongs to, so the electricity bill and the meter it came from are visibly the same thing.
File bills into your own categories, and export a period as a formatted PDF.
Step through it — each step shows where you are in the flow.

Add the bill
A bill's payment history is your actual spending, not a separate log kept alongside it. Mark a bill paid and it counts towards the month automatically.
The bill itself, and the proof you paid it. Scan the paper copy when it arrives and photograph the receipt when you settle it, and both stay attached to the bill rather than to a folder somewhere.
How capture and scanning workThe things that decide whether a module still helps after a year of real use.
The Bills tab offers list and calendar views, with urgency shown as chips so what is due soonest reads at a glance without opening anything.
Bills and their payments stay private to your account — encrypted on your device and protected while syncing. Nothing is shared with billers or third parties.
